Chef Alan Wong prepares his version of shrimp chow mein featuring Sun Noodles for National Noodle Month in March. This comforting and delicious dish is easy to prepare using ingredients found at ChefZone, including Sun Noodle Chow Mein noodles, shrimp, vegetable oil, onions, Eringi (or Hamakua) mushrooms, sauce (chicken broth, oyster sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, soy sauce, kimchi base and corn strarch slurry), and mustard cabbage and kimchi.
