I make this with minimal ingredients to highlight the great flavors of the chicken. Garnished with some yummy grilled kabocha pumpkin.
Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Roasted Chicken with mushroom sauce
Another local classic where we season the chicken, sear and finish in the oven with our mushroom sauce until the chicken is melting tender.
Reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes, stir gently and place back into microwave for another 30 seconds
