Remove the fish from the bag and pour contents into a microwaveable container and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until heated through. Alternatively, place the bag in a sauce pan of boiling water, reduce to a simmer and heat for 6 to 8 minutes until heated through.
Serve with dashi nage, best heated lightly.

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Alternatively, place rice in a saute pan and cook on low heat until heated through.

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Alternatively, place vegetables in a saute pan and cook on low heat until heated through.

Charcoal Pandesal
Heat the rolls in the microwave for 10 seconds until just heated through or place in a 350*F oven and bake for 5 minutes until heated through. Serve with whipped butter that is best served at room temperature.
