“Beef” and Broccoli
A great plant based version of one of my favorites. We use Seitan as the “beef” which absorbs the flavor of the black bean sauce.
Place the bag in a pot of simmering water for 8-10 minutes and serve.

Cauliflower Rice
Cauliflower and julienne of vegetables with our shoyu-sesame sauce makes this an awesome fried rice and great accompaniment to the beef and broccoli.
Place in microwave on high for 2 minutes.

“Chicken” & Eggplant Parmesan
This is the best plant based chicken that I have tried so far. Paired with eggplant in this parmesan makes a wonderful meal.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes.

Labrea Roasted Garlic Bread
The famous LA bread company created a wonderful roasted garlic loaf of bread. Just finish in the oven and serve.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes and serve.

Lentil Soup
Made with beluga lentils as one of my favorite lentils. It has the wonderful old world flavor of fresh thyme and bay leaf.
Place the soup in a small pot and heat on the stove for 8-10 minutes until hot or place in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes.
