The farm relies on rain catchment for water refills, solar for energy, and coconut husk instead of soil, allowing the production of delicious greens with no net water, no net power, and no net soil, with zero impact on the environment.
Kunia Country Farms operates on 100,000 gallons of recirculating water, experiencing minimal evaporation, and requiring little to no added water annually.

Kunia Lettuce Trio
Three locally grown heads in a bag, all chosen for great flavors and their contribution to gorgeous color and texture of the mix. Head varieties will vary from Manoa, greenleaf, oakleaf, incised, and butter.
Spring Mix
Fresh and crisp, this locally grown mix is perfect for your salads. Red and green oakleaf, butter lettuce, incised lettuce, and green loose leaf come together to create a party of flavors.
Manoa Lettuce
Manoa lettuce is an old favorite variety of lettuce that goes back over 70 years. Kamaainas love this lettuce for its crisp crunch which bursts in your mouth. Great in sandwiches and salads!
Mizuna Mix
Mizuna is a serrated dark leafy green vegetable and a variety of mustard greens. It’s also referred to as spider mustard, Japanese mustard green.
Kolohe Kai Mix
The mix contains beautiful Pac Choi, Red Mustard, Green and Purple Mizuna and Leaf Broccoli.
