Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Basalt Steak Sauce

Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Remove the beef from the bag and bring to room temperature.  Heat a saute pan on medium and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil.  Carefully place the beef in a single layer and allow to sear for 1 to 2 minutes.  Turn the beef over and allow to sear for 1 to 2 minutes.  Alternatively, remove the beef from the bag and place in a microwaveable container, cover with a damp paper towel and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Place the steak sauce in a microwaveable container and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, pour the shrimp and contents in a saute pan and cook on low heat until heated through.

Roasted Brussels with Cherries, Bacon and Fresh Herbs

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, place potatoes in a saute pan and cook on low heat until heated through.

Pandesal

Heat the rolls in the microwave for 10 seconds until just heated through or place in a 350*F oven and bake for 5 minutes until heated through.  Serve with whipped butter that is best served at room temperature.
