What is The Inspired Chef Gift Box?

The Inspired Chef Gift Box allows customers to order our specially curated gift boxes in advance, ensuring that they receive their chosen box filled with delightful goods during our peak seasons or for special occasions.

Can I customize the contents of my gift box?

Our preorder gift boxes are thoughtfully curated and cannot be customized. However, we do offer a variety of box themes to choose from to suit different preferences and occasions.

Can I request my order to be shipped?

We currently offer pickup only at this time.

Where do I go to pick up my gift boxes?

Orders will be picked up in The Inspired Chef at ChefZone showroom. Hours of pick up are Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Can I include a personal message in the gift box?

No, but there is a tag included with the wrapping provided for you to include your own personal message.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Changes to preorder gift box selections may be made within 48 hours of order payment. Please contact our dedicated Customer Service team at theinspiredchef@chefzone.com immediately for assistance with any modifications.

What is your cancellation policy for preorder gift boxes?

Preordered gift boxes can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours after the order is placed. Beyond this point, cancellations and refunds are not possible due to our commitment to our suppliers.

What if my gift box is damaged or missing items?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team within seven days of order pickup of the damage or discrepancy, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I change my specific pickup date?

We will be happy to work with you on your change in pickup date. The newly requested pickup date must be requested within 48 hours.

Is gift wrapping available for preorder gift boxes?

All our gift boxes are elegantly packaged and do not require additional wrapping.

How will my personal information be used?
