Chef De Cuisine Christian Testa and Manager Louis Barnett joined Hawaii’s Kitchen at ChefZone to announce the reopening of Orchids Restaurant at Halekulani. Orchids features Mediterranean Cuisine with Italian influences that harnesses traditional and contemporary techniques. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as their award-winning Sunday Brunch.
Chef Christian demonstrated two of his signature dishes, Hamachi Crudo with orange supreme sea asparagus and pressed watermelon and Lasagnette with fresh made pasta, Kahuku shrimp, fresh scallops, and avocado.
