Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon

Recipe by Chef Göran Streng

– 4 Aysen Coho Salmon fillets center cut 8 oz  

– 2 tbsp Savannah Bee Company Hot Honey (Available at The Inspired Chef at ChefZone)

– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 

– 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 

– 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 

– 1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped 

– 1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped 

– 2 stalks Green Onion, thinly sliced 

– 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 

 

– 2 cups Olakai Sea Asparagus

– ½ Red Onion, sliced thinly 

– 1 cup Cherry Tomato, cut in half 

– 1 tbsp Lemon Rind 

– Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

– A L’Olivier Lemon Grapefruit Vinegar (Available at The Inspired Chef at ChefZone)

Place salmon on a baking sheet. Mix honey with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Pour over salmon, bake in broiler for 8-10 min. 

Mix sea asparagus with red onion, tomato, lemon rind, olive oil and vinegar, mix and place on a plate. Top with hot honey glazed salmon. 

Garnish with thinly sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
