
Reuben Quesadilla

Ingredients
8 6-inch Flour Tortillas
12 Slices Cooked Red Crown Corned Beef Brisket (Item#: 117026 Location: ChillZone)
12 slices Swiss Cheese
1 cup Sauerkraut
Thousand Island Dressing
Directions
Place 1 ½ slices of Swiss cheese on each of the tortillas, heat corned beef slices and sauerkraut in a pan. Place one tortilla with the cheese in a medium hot pan, top with hot corned beef slices and sauerkraut and place the other tortilla with cheese on top, when the bottom is slightly browned and the cheese is melted, flip it over and brown the other side.
When both sides are crispy golden brown and the cheese is melted, place on a cutting board and cut in quarters. Serve with Thousand Island Dressing as a dip.
