Corned Beef Sliders with Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

8 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

1 tbsp. Seed Style Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

8 ¼” Sliced Cooked Red Crown Corned Beef Brisket (Item#: 117026 Location: ChillZone)

Coleslaw (see below for recipe)

 

Directions 

Open the sweet rolls and toast the inside in a lightly oiled sauté pan until golden brown. Mix mustard and mayonnaise, spread on the rolls. Heat up the corned beef slices in the same pan and place on the bottom part of the roll. Top with coleslaw and cover with the top part of the bun.

 

Coleslaw Ingredients

2 cups Green Cabbage finely shredded

½ cup Red Cabbage finely shredded

¼ cup Carrot finely shredded

 

Dressing

½ cup Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Mustard

1½ tablespoon Cider Vinegar

2 teaspoons Sugar

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Directions 

Mix all the dressing ingredients. Toss with shredded cabbage and carrots. Season to taste.
