Iberico Serrano Ham and Burrata, Sandwich

4 Slices of bread
1 pkt Fermin Iberico Serrano Ham (The Inspired Chef Product)
2 oz Burrata cheese
2 tbsp butter
Fondo Montebello Aged Balsamic Vinegar (The Inspired Chef Product)
Arugula
1 Cup Cherry Tomato
Fondo Montebello Balsamic Pearls (The Inspired Chef Product)
Toast bread, spread with butter, smash burrata cheese, top with sliced Iberico Serrano Ham and arugula, drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar and balsamic pearls, garnish with cherry tomato cut in half.
