What do you eat capers with?
They bond particularly well with citrus, tomato, fish, eggplant, pasta, and many other things. Cream cheese and smoked salmon on baguettes (or bagels, or potato rosti). And the zingy, salty brine is great sprinkled on popcorn.
PLEASE NOTE: Caviar is available for in-store pick-up only at the Membership desk inside ChefZone. Preorders close on May 5th with pickup starting on May 6th. Store pickup hours are Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Due to the perishable nature of caviar, all sales are final and non-refundable after preorders close.
Please bring an ID and your order receipt for pick up.
A ChefZone membership is not required to purchase. If you are not a ChefZone member, upon entry into ChefZone, please let the membership desk know you are picking up caviar. Also, remember, we are open to the public and membership is free, so make sure to ask about getting your own ‘Ohana membership card and join the ChefZone family.
