Foodservice Membership

Membership is simple and FREE to all foodservice operators and non-profit organizations that serve food. To qualify for a free membership account, please complete the application form below. Then complete State of Hawaii Form G-17 at the Membership Desk or download the form below and email to help@chefzone.com.

Your membership card will be available for pick-up at the ChefZone Membership Desk within 48-hours. You’re welcome to shop in the meantime! Just check in with us at the membership desk. Call us at (808) 852-6700 with additional questions.
