How do I sign up?

How do the Rewards work?
Rebates are calculated each month, based on monthly purchases (before tax) from ChefZone, Earn between 1%-3% back of actual monthly purchases based on your qualification.
When will I receive my Rewards?
Once enabled, your Kulia Rewards will be automatically loaded onto your ChefZone account every month.
How can I use the Rewards?
The rewards may be used to purchase goods including ChefZone gift cards, services, or pay outstanding balances on account at ChefZone. The rewards are not redeemable for cash, it has no cash value.
How much does it cost to join the Kulia Loyalty Program?
It is free to join! You only need to meet the monthly purchase qualifications from ChefZone to join.
Are there any caps on rewards?
There are no caps on how much you can earn in Kulia Rewards.
What is Pick & Pull?
Pick & Pull is a service that saves you time. Send in your order, and we’ll do the shopping for you. Your order will be ready for pick up the next day! Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. for next day pick up.
How do I book my 1 on 1 consultation with the ChefZone Culinary Team?
Platinum members receive free 1 on 1 consultation with ChefZone’s culinary team. Please contact your Account Manager, to schedule an appointment.
What kind of workshops does ChefZone offer?
We offer workshops that focus on Food Service Solutions, such as ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification, New Product Demonstrations with our Exclusive Brands, and Small Business Value-Added services.
