Hata, a 107-year-old family-owned and locally operated organization founded in Hilo, ChefZone is committed to local. We have been dedicated to serving our Foodservice and ‘Ohana Members since opening our doors in 2014. Through this partnership with Mana Up, we feature unique products and brands from local entrepreneurs in Hawaii to strengthen our product offering and show our commitment to the local economy.  

 

What is Mana Up?

Mana Up is a statewide initiative to build up and support our ecosystem of entrepreneurs in Hawaii, providing them with resources and tools to scale globally. As these entrepreneurs continue to grow, they also help to sustain our local community through economic diversification, high-quality jobs, givebacks, investment, and a regenerative culture of entrepreneurship.
