Porcini Rubbed New York Strip Steak
This Steak is marinated with porcini powder, garlic, and olive oil. The porcini is a mushroom and is dried and ground into a powder. It is the best seasoning for a steak I have ever had.
The steak is already cooked to medium rare, so remove from the bag and bring to just about room temperature, then put it into a pan over medium heat with a tsp of olive oil, for one minute on one side and one minute on the other. Cook an extra minute if you like it more cooked. Or you can microwave for 1.5 minutes to reheat and longer to cook the steak more well
Exp. Date 9/10/2020.
Pork Belly
This dish is cured overnight with salt and sugar, then braised tender for 3 hours with lots of spices like star anise, cinnamon, coffee beans, cloves, & mustard seeds.
Remove from the bag and sear over medium heat in a non stick pan and serve with the apricot mustard. This will crisp up the outside leaving the inside nice and tender.
Exp. Date 9/10/2020.
Rosemary Roasted Heirloom Potatoes
This is a mixture of different types of baby potatoes that we roasted with garlic and rosemary.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or remove from the bag, place on a baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Coconut Black Rice
This is a dish that goes well with some Kim Chee on the side and either the pork belly or the fish would be perfect.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or heat in the sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 8-10 minutes.

Summer Lobster Bisque
This Bisque is made with lobster shells to give the depth to the soup, a little brandy and tomato to make a wonderful creamy bisque.
Microwave on high for 1.5 minute or heat in the sealed bag, in a pot of simmering water for 8-10 minutes. Or pour contents into a soup pot and heat over low heat for 10 minutes to desired temperature.
Exp. Date 9/10/2020.
Fresh Fish
This fish is fresh off of the docks, cut and marinated in a fresh herb marinade. Great for summer grilling or searing in a pan.
Cut open bag and season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then grill for 2 minutes on each side. Or season with salt and pepper and sear in a non stick sauté pan with a tsp of olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.
