Follow these simple instructions to enjoy da CHEFS box meals at home. Mix-and-match products from the box and experiment with adding items from your pantry to create your perfect meal.

Truffle Kabayaki Shaved Prime Rib of Beef

Remove beef from bag and place in microwaveable container.  Add sauce and cover with a damp paper towel and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through or place the sealed bag in a pot of low simmering water for 6 to 8 minutes until heated through.  Garnish the beef with the toasted sesame seeds and green onions.

Pulehu Grilled Natural Chicken Breast

Remove chicken from bag and place in microwaveable container.  Cover with a damp paper towel and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through or place the sealed bag in a pot of low simmering water for 6 to 8 minutes until heated through.  Garnish the chicken with the inamona corn relish that is best served at room temperature.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  You may add a little milk to achieve a thinner consistency or place the potatoes in a sauce pan and heat on low, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Stir Fried Choy Sum

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through or place the vegetables in a saute pan and heat on medium until heated through.

Basalt Charcoal Pandesal

Heat the rolls in the microwave for 10 seconds until just heated through or place in a 350*F oven and bake for 5 minutes until heated through.  Serve with whipped butter that is best served at room temperature.
