Herb Roasted Pork Loin

Herb Roasted Pork Loin

This Boneless pork loin is rubbed with garlic, herbs, and olive oil, then roasted whole. After resting, we slice it, which is the best way to have the most tender product.

Place bag directly into simmering water for 10-12 minutes or Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Fingerling Potato Mash, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fingerling Potato Mash

These potatoes are roasted with garlic & rosemary, then mashed with extra virgin olive oil for a unique and wonderful flavor. Much healthier than your cream and butter mashed potato as well.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes or place the bag into simmering water for 8-10 minutes.

Shrimp al a Vodka, Pancetta, Red Onions, Creamy Pommodoro Sauce

Shrimp Ala Vodka

A flavorful creamy tomato sauce with pancetta and red onions that is reduced with vodka for a unique flavor.

Shrimp is raw, but marinated with garlic & olive oil, so remove from the bag, lightly season with salt and pepper and cook in a saute pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on one side and one minute on the other. In a sauce pot, warm sauce over low heat and simmer until hot, stirring occasionally. Microwave the pasta for one minute and top with sauce, then shrimp.

Smokey Cauliflower Chili

This is a flavorful vegetarian chili made with cauliflower, 3 types of beans, and corn. The smokiness comes from chipotle peppers which is smoked jalapeƱos.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Or pour into a sauce pot and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes. Add a pinch of salt if needed.
