Brasato, Italian Braised Beef

Brasato: Italian Braised Beef

This Braised tender beef is cooked with Chianti wine and beef stock for 3 hours until it melts in your mouth.

Place bag directly into simmering water for 10-12 minutes or Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Butternut Squash Puree

Butternut Squash Puree

This is a mixture of butternut squash and yukon pototoes. Its a beautiful pumpkin flavor that goes perfect with the braised meat.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes or place the bag into simmering water for 8-10 minutes.

Shrimp Puttanesca, Olives, Anchovies, Onions, Garlic, Capers, & Tomatoes

Shrimp Puttanesca

A flavorful tomato sauce with capers, olives and anchovies will bring you straight to Tuscany.

Shrimp is raw, but marinated with garlic & olive oil, so remove from the bag, lightly season with salt and pepper and cook in a saute pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on one side and one minute on the other. In a sauce pot, warm sauce over low heat and simmer until hot, stirring occasionally. Microwave the pasta for one minute and top with sauce, then shrimp.

Beluga Lentil Stew with Zucchini & Spinach

This dish was originally supposed to be Red Lentils, but with supply down, I am using Beluga lentils (or black lentils). Which is a treat, because they are my favorite.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Or pour into a sauce pot and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes. Add a pinch of salt if needed.
