Beer Braised Short Rib with Mushroom Ragout
Remove the lid and cover the beef with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes and stir. Heat again for 1-2 minutes until heated through. You may also pour the beef and sauce into a sauce pan and heat on low for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish the beef with the chopped parsley and serve with the mushroom ragout that is best served at room temperature.

Jerk Roasted Porterhouse Pork Chop
Remove the lid and cover the pork with a damp paper towel and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through or you may place in a saute pan with a little olive oil and heat on medium until heated through. Garnish the pork with the chopped cilantro and serve with the mango mustard chutney that is best served at room temperature.

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. You may add a little milk to achieve a thinner consistency or place the potatoes in a sauce pan and heat on low, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Basalt Charcoal Pandesal
Heat the rolls in the microwave for 10 seconds until just heated through or place in a 350*F oven and bake for 5 minutes until heated through. Serve with whipped butter that is best served at room temperature.
