Indian Red Lentil Stew
Red lentils are special. They cook faster and are more delicate while still retaining their flavor and absorbing your seasonings.
Pour contents into a pot and heat over low temperature covered until hot. Add a couple tablespoons of vegetable broth if it is too thick. Or microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Kabocha Pumpkin Coconut Curry
This is a red Thai coconut curry that is blended with Kabocha pumpkin to make it super flavorful! We bake the tofu with shoyu and a touch of smoke, then add it to the curry with some seasonal veggies.
Place contents of bag in a pot and heat over medium heat until hot. About 10-12 minutes.

Forbidden Rice & Farro
The glutinous black rice is sweet and goes amazingly well with the old world grain Farro.
Remove from the bag and place in a bowl with a damp paper towel over the rice and then plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Jasmine Brown Rice
This brown rice version of the normal white jasmine rice is much healthier with that same great flavor. I steam It with fresh pandan leaves for even more great jasmine flavor.
