Follow these simple instructions to enjoy da CHEFS box meals at home. Mix-and-match products from the box and experiment with adding items from your pantry to create your perfect meal.

Braised Beef, Lomi Tomato- Sea asparagus

Braised Beef

Remove the beef from the bag and pour contents into a microwaveable container and cover with a damp paper towel.  Heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, place the bag in a sauce pan of boiling water, reduce to a simmer and heat for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through.  Serve with the beef gravy heated separately.  Garnish with lomi tomato-sea asparagus.

Adobo Chicken Thighs, Garlic Chili Vinegar

Adobo Chicken Thighs

Remove the chicken from the bag and pour contents into a microwaveable container.  Cover with a damp paper towel and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, place the bag in a sauce pan of boiling water, reduce to a simmer and heat for 6 to 8 minutes until heated through.  Heat the adobo glaze separately and pour over the chicken.   Serve with garlic chili vinegar on the side to dip (best at room temperature).

Forbidden Rice Pilaf

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, place rice in a saute pan and cook on low heat until heated through.

Green Beans with Macnut Gremolata

Green Beans

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, place long beans in a saute pan and cook on low heat until heated through.  Top with macnut gremolata spooned over the top.

Sweet Potato Mash

Remove the lid and cover with a damp paper towel, heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.  Alternatively, place potatoes in a sauce pan and cook on low heat until heated through.

Charcoal Pandesal with Whipped Butter

Charcoal Pandesal

Heat the rolls in the microwave for 10 seconds until just heated through or place in a 350*F oven and bake for 5 minutes until heated through.  Serve with whipped butter that is best served at room temperature.
