Follow these simple instructions to enjoy da CHEFS box meals at home. Mix-and-match products from the box and experiment with adding items from your pantry to create your perfect meal.

Shepherd’s Pie, with Lentils, Veggies, Yukon Potato-Parmesan Crust

Shepherd’s Pie

This plant-based version of the classic is filled with lentils, mushrooms, and veggies. Then topped with creamy mashed potatoes and baked.

Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and serve.

Roasted Roots, a seasonal selection of root veggies roasted with olive oil, garlic, & herbs

Roasted Roots

A hearty seasonal dish for the fall and winter coming. Roasting  the roots brings out the natural sweetness of the vegetables.

Remove from the bag, and heat in a microwave for 2 minutes stir and heat another 30 seconds on high.

Zucchini, Mushroom, & Spinach Cannelloni with Arrabiatta Sauce

Cannelloni

These pasta sheets are filled with a lasagna like filling and baked. Then top with the arrabbiata sauce and serve.

Remove cannelloni from the bag and place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes and serve. Or microwave on high for 2 minutes.

White Bean & Kale Minestrone Soup

This is a hearty plant based go to soup that never disappoints.

Empty contents into a soup pot and heat over medium for 8-10 minutes:

Bulger Wheat, Lentils, & Quinoa with Garlic, Ginger, & Seeds

Bulgur Wheat

This has been one of my favorites to cook lately. Mixing quinoa, bulgur, lentils, seeds, and anything else I can find to create a super food that tastes amazing!

Remove from the bag and place the rice in a bowl with a damp paper towel over it. Then put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
