Indian Style Curry with Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower & Chickpeas

Indian Style Curry

This is a yummy veggie curry with fall flavors of sweet potato and cauliflower. It’s perfect with the basmati rice.

Place the vacuum sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 10-12 minutes and serve.

Basmati Rice with Fried Curry Leaf

Basmati Rice

This is the perfect rice for a curry. The basmati rice is mixed with dehydrated curry leaves that are crushed into the rice. It’s the most unique and wonderful flavor.

Remove from the bag and place the rice in a bowl with a damp paper towel over it. Then put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Mushroom Bolognese, Celery, Onion, Carrots, Red Wine Fresh Herb Sauce

Mushroom Bolognese

A great plant based play on the classic meat sauce created in Northern Italy.

Pour contents of sauce into a pot and heat up over low-medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until hot. Place pasta in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 1.5 minutes. Place the pasta in a bowl and pour the sauce over. Mix well and serve.

Roasted Red Pepper & Walnut Dip

Pita Bread

This is a great bread to serve with the red pepper walnut dip.

Place the bread in a pre heated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until warm. Place on a platter to serve with the dip.
