Mustard and Beer Braised Pork Shoulder
Place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water, heat for 10 minutes or until warm. Make a large hole to allow steam to escape before removing from bag. Glaze with sauce in bag.

Place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water, heat for 1 ½ minutes (for “well done” fish, heat 3 minutes).

Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Pomegranate Molasses
Remove brussels sprouts from bag into a mixing bowl, toss with a generous amount of oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or desired doneness. Toss with pomegranate molasses and serve.
