Garlic Marinated Shrimp
Remove Shrimp from bag saving liquid.
Method 1: Sautee shrimp, on medium heat in flavored Liquid
Method 2: Grill shrimp without liquid and baste with liquid while cooking
Method 3: Bake shrimp in liquid at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes

Beef Bourguignon
Heat Beef, in bag, in a simmering pot of water for about 10 minutes or until warm. Make a large hole to allow steam to escape. Carefully remove from bag onto serving dish, glaze with sauce in bag.

Green Bean Salad
Heat beans in bag in simmering water for 3 minutes. Remove from bag and place on plate. Top with dressing and toasted almonds.

Pickled Mushroom Confit
These can be served at room temperature; or
Heat mushrooms in bag in simmering water for 3-4 minutes. Poke hole to remove steam, carefully remove msuhrooms from bag to serving bowl.

Potato Puree
Heat potatos in bag in simmering water for 3 minutes. Remove from water and carefully squish bag to distribute heat. Return to water and cook 3 minutes more. Remove from water and allow to sit 2 minutes. Transfer from bag to a serving bowl.

Chocolate Molten Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove from package. Heat on tray for 3 minutes or desired doneness.
